  1. They said it podiatrist believes that the ankle is in plantar / arch problems.
If you have not already done so, ask your doctor and physiotherapist CSH next sends the check.
Not sure what your problem is, but heres a few ideas:
They are used for high arches arches fell in May. happens to many soldiers, the additional weight of the equipment. See if your doctor or insoles for shoes that are for people with flat feet can be ordered.
If you plant your feet flat can be folded. yoru trying her legs every morning.
If your ankle pain for a lace up ankle. 90% of ankle pain and instability amoutn within a short.
If you do not already have a pair of boots, Oakley will support: obsorbtion great shock and great ankle.

  2. Proper maintenance is the key to keep your feet healthy. I assume you will always bubble through the boot for long periods. Moisture and friction are the enemy. You must ensure that the boots and shoes are fitted properly without being too lax or too tight. You can also check the loop in different shoes. After the withdrawal requirement, give your feet a good cleaning action and put fresh socks with a little powder. Major works of alcohol to clean and remove moisture. Keep your feet hard one pair of socks on hand so that you leave at noon.

  3. You will see a podiatrist and advise you on what your options are. I have had an operation on both feet, while I was in the whole process takes about a year (my problem). I had limited surgery after 6 months of limited service, then the other foot, and with 6 months of service.

It all depends on your foot problems. Once you leave the army, the VA awarded him disability.

  4. God, I can not tell my doctor to help, such as plaice! Buy gel inserts more comfortable as you can come and get 'em in their boots soon as possible. As soon as I walk to all my problems just disappeared. I really hope this helps, nothing worse than foot problems in use.

  5. It is necessary to explain this problem? They spoke of healing, so I would 100% cotton socks, and the fight against the use of mushroom soup with a mixed use cortisone cream to start something. Keep them as clean and dry as possible.try with a model that can absorb the moisture.

  6. You can find some soft sand a little bit of something without making your foot into the boot, and only those who cover their feet.
